Register Your Interest in a Service

By Jihan Shanabli

Register Your Interest in a Service

DomusVesta is growing town by town, which means a service you are looking for might not be available in your area just yet. The good news is that you do not have to keep checking back. You can register your interest, and we will let you know the moment a provider becomes available near you. This guide explains how it works and how to keep track of your requests.

What registering your interest means

Registering your interest is simply a way of telling us, "I would like this service here, please let me know when it is ready." It is genuinely useful before launch in your town, because it helps us understand demand and tells you the moment things change. Think of it as putting your name down so you are first to hear the good news.

This is not the same as saving or bookmarking a provider, and it is not a favourites feature. It is specifically about services that are not yet available where you live.

Step-by-step: registering your interest

  1. Search for the service you need, just as you normally would.
  2. If the service is not yet available in your area, you will be given the option to register your interest.
  3. Confirm your interest. That is all it takes. We will now keep a note of what you are waiting for and where you are.

From this point on, there is nothing more you need to do. We will reach out when a provider becomes available, so you can go ahead and request a booking.

Tracking your service interests

You can see everything you have registered in one place. In your account, look for Service Interests. Each item you have registered appears here with a clear status, so you always know where things stand:

  • Pending means we have your request and are working to bring the service to your area.
  • Provider Available means a provider is now available for the service you wanted. This is the moment you have been waiting for.
  • Notified means we have let you know that the service is ready for you.
  • Expired means the request has lapsed. If you still need the service, you are welcome to register your interest again.

Checking Service Interests from time to time is a lovely way to see your requests moving forward as DomusVesta expands.

A few helpful tips

  • Register your interest in everything you might need, as there is no limit and it costs nothing.
  • Keep your contact details up to date in your account, so our notifications reach you without delay.
  • Make sure the location on your account is accurate, as this is how we match your interest to the right area.
  • Do not be discouraged by a Pending status, as it simply means we are working to bring that service to you.

Why this matters before launch

Because DomusVesta launches one town at a time, registering your interest is one of the most helpful things you can do early on. It puts you at the front of the queue, and it quietly helps shape where and when we expand next. Every registered interest is a small signal that helps us bring trusted providers to your community sooner.

What happens next

Once a provider becomes available and your status updates, you will be ready to take the next step and get your job underway. Read our guide on requesting a booking so you know exactly what to do when the moment arrives.
