Welcome to DomusVesta. Before you can search for trusted local providers in your area, you will need a free household account. Joining costs nothing, and the whole process takes only a few minutes. This guide walks you through every step, from your very first sign up to the moment you are ready to search.
Why you need an account
Your account is what keeps everything in one place. It holds your contact details, your address, and later your bookings and messages. Setting it up properly now means everything works smoothly when you are ready to find help with a job around the home.
Step-by-step: signing up
- Go to the sign up page at /sign-up/email. You have two ways to begin.
- The quickest option is Continue with Google. Select this if you would like to use an existing Google account, and follow the prompts.
- If you would prefer to use your own email address, enter it in the email field, then choose a password. As you type, a password strength indicator will show you how strong your chosen password is, so you can make it more secure if needed.
- Enter the same password again in the Repeat Password field. This simply confirms there are no typing mistakes.
- Tick the box that reads I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You will need to do this before you can continue.
- Select Sign Up to create your account.
Step-by-step: verifying your email
After you sign up, you will see a screen titled Check Your Email.
- Open your email inbox and look for a message from DomusVesta.
- Select the verification link inside that email. This confirms the address belongs to you and keeps your account secure.
- If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, return to the Check Your Email screen and select Resend Verification Email. It is also worth checking your spam or junk folder, just in case.
Verifying your email is an important part of keeping the community safe and trustworthy, so please do not skip it.
Step-by-step: completing your onboarding
Once your email is verified, there is a short onboarding to finish. This is where you tell us a little about yourself so providers know who they are speaking with.
- Enter your First Name and your Last Name in the fields provided.
- Add your Phone Number. This number is verified by WhatsApp, so please make sure it is correct and that it is a number you can receive messages on.
- Next, add your address. This helps us show you providers who actually serve your area, rather than ones too far away to help.
- Finally, accept the policies presented to you. This is the last step.
That is everything. Your free household account is now ready, and you can begin searching for the help you need.

- Use an email address you check regularly, as this is where booking updates and notifications will be sent.
- Choose a strong password. The strength indicator is there to guide you, so aim for a result it is happy with.
- Keep your phone nearby during onboarding, as WhatsApp verification happens straight away.
